Payment links are useful for deposits, remote sales, or when your terminal is busy. The customer pays on a hosted Lunix Payment page; the paid order shows up in your dashboard the moment it clears.

Open Payment Links
From the sidebar, click Payment Links.

Attach a customer
Pick an existing customer or create a new one. A customer is required for a payment link.

Enter the description and amount
Type a Description ("Deposit for iPhone 14 screen repair") and the Payment Amount. You can also enter a Cost for margin tracking.

Add the customer email
Email is required — the link is sent there automatically. Phone is optional.

Click Generate Payment Link
LunixPOS creates a hosted-pay URL and a matching QR code. The link is also emailed to the customer.

Share it however you want
Copy the URL to send by SMS or WhatsApp, or show the QR code on the customer-facing display for in-person taps. Once the customer pays, the order appears in Orders → All orders.
