Creating your LunixPOS account is a short guided wizard. You'll pick your region, enter your account details, tell us what kind of business you run, verify your email, and arrive at your dashboard ready to ring your first order.
- 1
Open the signup page
Go to app.lunixpos.com/auth/signup or click "Get Started" on any LunixPOS marketing page.
- 2
Pick your region
Select the country your business operates in. This sets the default currency, language, and tax behaviour. You can change region later from store settings.
- 3
Fill in the Account Setup form
Step 2 of the wizard asks for the essentials. You can also tap Continue with Google or Continue with Apple to prefill the email field.
- Full Name — yours, as the account owner
- Store Name — what your customers know your business as
- Email — where verification and account notifications go
- Phone Number — used for SMS verification and support
- Password — must include uppercase letters and numbers
- Owner PIN — a 4-digit number you'll use to switch users on the POS; tap Generate PIN to get one automatically
- 4
Accept the terms and complete the CAPTCHA
Tick the Terms & Conditions and SMS-consent checkboxes, complete the reCAPTCHA, then click Create Store.
- 5
Choose your business type
Step 3 asks whether you run a Retail, Service, or Repair business. The choice unlocks the right modules — for example, Repair turns on the repair-ticket workflow and Serialized (IMEI) products.
- 6
Pick a business category
Tell us what you actually sell. Retail and Service show category lists; Repair offers a repair-specialty selector. You can choose more than one and add an Other entry if nothing fits.
- 7
Answer the short questionnaire
Step 4 asks what your main goal is (grow sales, simplify operations, save time, prevent fraud, or all of the above) and how you heard about us. These answers tune the dashboard hints you'll see.
- 8
Verify your email
Step 5 sends a one-time code to the email you entered. Type the code on the screen to verify.
- 9
Land on your dashboard
Once verified, you land on the LunixPOS dashboard. The cards on screen (New Sale, New Repair, Inventory, Workspace) are your starting points.
Pro tips
- Use a shared inbox address (like owner@yourshop.com) so the account stays accessible if you take time off.
- Your Owner PIN is what your team will use at the POS to switch users quickly. Keep it private — anyone with it can ring orders as you.
