How to update your payment method

Subscription billing is handled by Stripe — update your card from the Stripe billing portal.

Your LunixPOS subscription is billed through Stripe. Card updates, invoice history, and subscription management all live in Stripe's hosted billing portal, which we link to from your account page.

    Open Account → Billing

    From the user menu, click Account, then Billing.

    Click Check Subscription

    LunixPOS opens the Stripe Billing Portal in a new tab. The portal is signed in automatically using your LunixPOS account.

    Update your payment method in Stripe

    In the Stripe portal, click "Update payment method" and enter your new card. Stripe runs a $0 authorization to confirm the card works before saving.

    Done — Stripe handles the rest

    Future LunixPOS subscription charges use the new card automatically. You can also download past invoices from the same portal.

Pro tips

  • If you ever cancel through the Stripe portal, your LunixPOS account stays on its current plan until the period ends, then drops to the Free plan automatically.
