How to change your plan

Upgrade or downgrade between Free, Solo, Team, and Enterprise — annual billing saves 20%.

Plan changes can happen any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current period so you keep what you paid for.

    Open Pricing Plans

    From the sidebar, click Pricing Plans. You'll see four cards: Free, Solo, Team, and Enterprise.

    Choose monthly or annual

    Use the Monthly / Annually toggle above the cards. Annual is roughly 20% cheaper per month and the savings badge shows next to each plan.

    Pick the plan you want

    Click "Select Plan [name]" on the plan you're switching to. The current plan is labelled "Current Plan" and is disabled.

    Pay through Stripe

    For paid plans, a Stripe checkout modal opens. Enter your card details (or pick a saved card) and confirm. The plan switches immediately on success.

    Talk to sales for Enterprise

    On the Enterprise card, tap "Contact Us" — it links to WhatsApp for a quick conversation about custom limits and pricing.

Pro tips

  • Free users can claim a $1-for-first-month offer on Solo from a banner that appears when the plan is eligible.
  • Team and Enterprise plans charge $30/month per additional location beyond what's bundled — visible as 'extra for $30/mo' on the comparison table.
