How to customize your receipt

Logo, header, footer, store details, and Google review QR — both sales and repair receipts.

Receipts are a marketing surface as much as a transaction record. LunixPOS lets you brand them, surface the right details, and drive Google reviews automatically.

  1. 1

    Open Settings → Receipts

From the sidebar, click Settings, then Receipts. The page has two tabs: Sales Receipt and Repair Receipt.

  2. 2

    Upload your logo

Drag your logo into the uploader (PNG with transparent background works best). Max 5 MB. Click Remove to swap it.

  3. 3

    Edit Header and Footer text

Set the Header (typically your store URL — e.g. "www.yourshop.com") and the Footer (return policy, business license, or social handle).

  4. 4

    Toggle Store Details

Under Store Details, decide whether to show the location's Store Address and Phone Number on the receipt. Both pull automatically from your location settings.

  5. 5

Choose what to show in Sales Information

Tick or untick: SKU, IMEI (repair receipts only), Order Notes, Order Number, Sales By (staff who rang the order), and Discount Name.

  6. 6

Set up Google Review on receipts

Under Google Review, enter your Google Business review URL and an optional title (e.g. 'Loved your visit? Leave us a review!'). LunixPOS turns the URL into a QR code that prints on every receipt.

  7. 7

Customize the Repair Receipt (if applicable)

Switch to the Repair Receipt tab to control extras: Store ID, Repair Notes, Assigned Tech, Passcode Pattern, Repair Status, Due Date, and Authorized Signature.

  8. 8

    Click Save Changes

Save Changes commits the receipt template. The next printed receipt uses your updated layout.
