Open Reports → Sales
From the sidebar, click Reports, then Sales.

Pick a date range
Use the date range picker at the top of the page. Common presets are today, last 7 days, this month, and last month; you can also pick a custom range.

Switch the view
Tab between Daily Detailed Sales, Sales Over Time, Sales by Vendor, and Sales by Product. Each view re-renders the same date range under a different lens.

Drill into a row (optional)
Click any non-summary row to open the orders behind that day, product, or vendor.

Click Print or Export
Print opens a PDF preview you can save or print to paper. Export opens a modal where you can download CSV or Excel — useful for your accountant.
Proffs tips
- Exporting requires the 'exportData' permission. If you don't see the Export button, ask your owner to enable it on your role.
