A label is what turns a shelf into something scannable. Get the template right once — the physical size of the paper you actually bought — and printing becomes something anyone can do after a delivery without asking you.

Open Settings → Label Settings
The Label Templates list is where every template lives. Empty means no templates yet, and printing will not be much use until there is one.

Create a template for your paper
Click New Template and choose the label type it is for — Product Label or Repair Label. Then set the physical size. Dimensions are stored in millimetres, so measure the label roll you bought rather than guessing; a template that is 2 mm off is a template that clips the barcode.

Choose the orientation
Horizontal or Vertical, matching how the label comes off the roll. This is the single most common reason a first print looks wrong.

Check the preview
The Label Preview shows what will come out. Look specifically at the barcode: it needs enough width to be scannable, and a barcode squeezed into a narrow label prints as something a scanner cannot read even though it looks fine on screen.

Set the default
Use Set as default on the template you use most, for each label type. Everyone printing from the shop floor gets it without choosing, which is the point.

Print a single label
From a product, use Print Label. Pick the template and how many copies. This is the path for a one-off — a price change, a label that peeled off.

Print a delivery's worth in bulk
From the Inventory page, bulk printing lets you print labels for several products or variants at once, specifying how many labels you want for each variant. This is what you use after receiving a purchase order, and it turns an afternoon into a few minutes. Bulk label printing is part of the paid plans.

Duplicate rather than rebuild
When you buy a second roll in a different size, use Duplicate on the closest template and change the dimensions. Faster, and you keep whatever layout you already got right.
Proffs tips
- Print one label and scan it with your own scanner before printing three hundred. A template is only correct once a scanner has agreed with it.
- Keep the number of templates small and named after the paper, not the occasion — "50x25mm roll" tells the next person which one to pick; "New labels" does not.
