LunixPOS posiada cztery raporty dotyczące zapasów — trzy umożliwiające wykrycie tego, co wkrótce się skończy, i jeden umożliwiający zrozumienie, co faktycznie się porusza. Każdy raport obsługuje zakres dat i większość obsługiwanych filtrów kategorii, klasy i typu produktu.

Open Reports → Inventory
From the sidebar, click Reports, then navigate to the Inventory section. Four reports appear as tabs: "All Products Inventory" (Inventory Sold), "Repair Parts Sold", "Products Low Stock", "Repair Low Stock", plus a Serialized Low Stock view.

Use Products Low Stock for accessories
Shows S/N, Grade, Product Title, SKU, and Quantity Left for regular (accessory) products under your low-stock threshold. Filter by Date range, Grade (All/A/B/C/U), Category, Product Type, or Tax Profile.

Use Serialized Low Stock for tracked devices
Shows the same shape (S/N, Product Title, SKU, Quantity Left) but only for Serialized (IMEI-tracked) products. Date range filter only.

Use Repair Low Stock for parts by device
Tracks repair parts by device and issue (e.g. iPhone 14 screen — quantity left). Useful for techs ordering replacement parts.

Use Inventory Sold for sell-through
Shows Grade, Product Title, SKU, Quantity Sold, Inventory on Hand, Inventory Cost, Inventory Price, and Average Quantity Sold Per Day. Filters: Date range, Grade, Category, Product Type, Vendor.

Drill into a summary row (optional)
On most inventory reports, hovering a summary row opens a popover that breaks the number down by unit type (units, weight, serialized, service, repairs).

Print or export
Click Print to open a PDF preview. Click Export (where available) to download CSV/Excel. Exporting requires the exportData permission; bulk printing labels requires the bulkPrintLabel privilege.
