Every bill-payment transaction draws from your wallet balance. Top up the wallet before you start selling, and pick a funding method that matches how you like to move money.

Open Bill Payment → Dashboard
From the sidebar, click Bill Payment. On the dashboard, find the wallet balance card and click "+ Add Balance".

Pick a funding method
Four tabs on the Fund Wallet page:
- Credit or Debit — fund instantly with a card
- Auto Fund — set the wallet to top up automatically when it drops below a threshold
- ACH Direct — bank-to-bank transfer, usually 1–3 business days
- Direct Bank / Zelle — send funds from your bank or Zelle and apply them manually

Complete the funding flow
Each method has its own short form (amount + payment details). Confirm to submit.

Watch the balance update
Card and Auto Fund credit immediately. ACH and Zelle take 1–3 business days; the dashboard shows a Pending badge until funds settle.

Review wallet history
Click Wallet History from the dashboard to see every top-up, transaction, and adjustment in chronological order.
Pro tips
- Auto Fund is the safest setup if you sell top-ups daily — the wallet refills automatically so you never miss a sale because of an empty balance.
