Who answered this customer?

Your shop already runs on WhatsApp, on somebody's personal phone. Lunix moves it onto the store's own number, where every conversation has an owner, a history, and an answer you can still find next week.

How it works today

1The chat lives on one person's phone, and it walks out the door when they do.
2Two people answer the same customer, or nobody does, and neither is visible until they complain.
3The price somebody quoted is in a thread nobody else can open.

How it works in Lunix

One inbox, and every conversation has an owner

Threads arrive in a shared inbox for the location instead of on a phone. Four tabs say what needs a person — All, Unassigned, Mine, and Waiting on us — so «did anybody answer this?» stops being a guess. Taking one is Assign to me and finishing it is Mark resolved; a thread you snooze comes back on its own instead of sinking down the list.

Whoever answers already knows who they are talking to

The panel beside the thread carries the customer's last order, what they still owe, and whether anything of theirs is in the shop right now. Nobody has to open a second screen to answer «is it ready?» or «how much was it again?». And a number that writes in with no customer behind it can be linked to one, or turned into a new one, without leaving the conversation.

The answer, the price and the money, all inside the thread

A conversation that ends in «pass by the shop» is a conversation that mostly does not end in a sale. Everything the reply needs happens where the customer already is: a quote built from your catalogue with the stock it can actually see, a payment link, the real receipt for the order rather than a photograph of it. An accepted quote becomes the order — nobody retypes it — and a conversation that is going somewhere becomes a lead with a value on it.

How fast you answer, and what the conversation turned into

The two things nobody can see when the shop's chat lives on a personal phone: how long people wait for a first reply, and how much of the money started as a message.

2Threads outside the 24-hour window

That last number is WhatsApp's rule, not ours: once a customer's message is more than 24 hours old you may only send an approved template, not a normal reply. It is the quiet reason a thread goes cold — somebody meant to answer, and by the time they did the shop could no longer just write back. Lunix shows the clock on the conversation while it still matters.

Put the shop's conversations back in the shop.
