- 1
Open Settings → Store settings
From the sidebar, click Settings, then Store settings. You'll see your business details in read mode.
- 2
Click Edit on Business Details
Toggle the Edit link in the top-right of the Business Details card to enter edit mode.
- Store Name — appears on receipts and customer-facing screens
- Store Email and Store Phone — your shop's public contact
- Legal Name — used on invoices
- Address — line 1, line 2, country, state, city, ZIP
- 3
Set Language & Currency
Pick the language your team and customers see in the app and on receipts, and the currency your business transacts in. These default everywhere — locations inherit them.
- 4
Configure the Order Format
Set an Order Prefix up to 4 characters — receipts then number like [PREFIX]-43435. Optionally set a Card Processing Fee as a percentage or fixed amount, applied when customers pay by card.
- 5
Choose your Default Order Status
Decide whether new orders should be marked Fulfilled or Unfulfilled by default. Most shops use Fulfilled if they hand merchandise to customers at the counter; Unfulfilled is better if you ship or assemble before pickup.
- 6
Set your default tax rate
Under Tax Profiles, set a default tax rate as a percentage or fixed amount. For multiple tax profiles (e.g. food vs. non-food), click Manage Tax Profiles to jump to the dedicated page.
- 7
Configure App Auto-Lock
Choose whether the POS locks after 3 minutes of inactivity or Never. Auto-lock requires staff to re-enter their PIN — recommended for shared registers.
- 8
Click Save
The Save button at the bottom of the page applies your changes. Click Discard to abandon unsaved edits.
