How to sell a US mobile top-up

Run a top-up against your wallet and hand the customer a printed receipt or PIN.

Once your wallet has balance and the application is approved, top-ups take seconds to sell. Pick a carrier, enter the customer's phone, confirm, and print or text the receipt.

    Open Bill Payment → Top-Up

    From the sidebar, click Bill Payment, then Top-Up. The page shows every carrier you can sell — US carriers only, with carrier tiles you tap to select.

    Pick the carrier

    Tap the customer's carrier (e.g. T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Boost). The top-up form opens with two tabs where applicable: "PIN" and "RTR" (Real-Time Recharge).

    Enter the customer phone and amount

    Type the customer's phone number and pick a top-up amount from the carrier's available denominations.

    Confirm the sale

    Review the total (top-up amount + your service fee + any tax you configured in Bill Payment → My Account). Confirm to charge against your wallet.

    Deliver the receipt

    After the top-up clears, the receipt shows the carrier confirmation, the customer phone, the amount, and the PIN (for PIN-based carriers). Print the thermal receipt, email it, or SMS it from the same screen.
